You are the office manager for a group of doctors, one of whom charges you with a mission to promote open communication. Describe what type of environmental restructuring you would implement in the office. If you are one of the doctors, what can you do to welcome or promote communication when visiting with your patients? Include examples of nonverbal and verbal encouragement.

Yeah, the guy on top is correct. Either way I'll just express some of my thoughts. Well, if there's communication taking place. You have to pick a media for communication. A bulletin board, online thing, or a newsletter.
Or even better you pick up the phone and call and HR constancy. Actually call them and ask them what they can do for you company
